Fundamental kinetic models for gold ore cyanide leaching

The ore was received ground to 95% -74pm (200mesh). An automated batch reactor was designed to conduct the kinetic study of the gold cyanidation. The reactor used was a 1 L glass beaker equipped with four teflon coated baffles and a flat-blade turbine agitator. It was also equipped with oxygen, temperature and pH probes.
